Zodiac notes: Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon
This week I went to my first improv workshop. My therapist suggested it. I should not be as shy as I am in front of the camera. Not with my history of performance. But I am.
The troupe had all Black performers. That was important and intentional. I was nervous. I helped myself a little by making my favorite tea before I drove over there. I also got a little jazzed up in the car. I am proud of myself for going, for trying, for not being upset with myself when I made a “mistake.”
I will return.
